From first contact to the completion of the session, a safe and supportive space is prepared for you at every step. Sessions are conducted in-person only.

Step 01 Contact & Scheduling

Booking

Reach out via the contact form or WhatsApp. A date and time that works for you is agreed upon together. Once payment is received, the session is scheduled and preparation information is sent to you.

  • Sessions are conducted in-person only; there is no online session option.
  • Address and time details will be provided after booking confirmation.
  • Morning hours are recommended for QHHT sessions; the brain transitions into the Theta state more easily at this time.

Step 02 1–2 Days Before

Preparation

Preparing yourself before the session deepens the experience. Write down the questions you wish to ask. Briefly review your life story, important relationships, and recurring patterns.

  • Get sufficient sleep on the day of the session; fatigue makes it harder to enter the Theta state.
  • Avoid heavy meals; eat lightly and healthily.
  • Refrain from alcohol and recreational substances.
  • Choose loose, comfortable clothing.
  • Prepare your mind with curiosity and openness; set an intention rather than an expectation.

Step 03 1 – 2 Hours

Pre-Talk

The session begins with a safe, open conversation. You share your life story, significant moments, challenges, and intentions. This stage lays the groundwork for the hypnosis — the more honest and open you are, the deeper the regression can go.

  • We will review the questions you have prepared at this stage.
  • The entire session process — how it will unfold and what may arise — is explained in full.
  • Do not hesitate to share your concerns; every question is valid.

Step 04 2 – 3 Hours

Hypnotic Regression & Higher Self

Through a guided meditation, you enter the Theta state of consciousness. Your subconscious shows you the scene most appropriate for that moment — a past life, symbolic imagery, or a direct exchange of information. A dialogue is then established with the Higher Self to answer your questions.

  • Do not strain to experience things "correctly" — simply allow whatever flows.
  • Share whatever you perceive — even if you think you are "just imagining it," share it.
  • Throughout the session you will feel safe and supported; you are not alone.

Step 05 After the Session

Review & Integration

When the session concludes, we do a brief review together. Any questions you have will be answered and we go over the experience side by side.

  • Rest after the session; avoid a heavy schedule.
  • Drink plenty of water and spend time in nature.
  • Keeping a journal strengthens the integration process.

  • 4–6 hours of free time; do not schedule anything immediately after

How to Prepare Your Questions

In a QHHT session, a direct dialogue is established with the Higher Self. This is your opportunity to ask anything you truly want to understand about your life. Prepare your questions fearlessly and honestly.

Questions should be brought written down in order of priority; questions that naturally arise during the session itself can also be added.

Do not hesitate to ask your deepest, most "embarrassing", or longest-held questions. The Higher Self does not judge.

The Integration Process

Turn Inward

Create quiet time after the session. Give yourself space to absorb what unfolded; it is fine to step back from busy social settings for a while.

Keep a Journal

Record your dreams, the insights that arrive after the session, and the shifts you notice. This practice makes transformation tangible.

Rest & Nourish

The first 48 hours are critical for the session's energy to settle. Plenty of water, light meals, and a walk in nature are recommended.

Be Patient

Some shifts are immediate; others reveal themselves over weeks or even months. Trust the process.

Communication channels remain open after the session. You are welcome to share any experiences or questions that come up along the way.
